At the invitation of the Head of Children’s Shelter and children, the best Serbian race car driver and European Hill Climb Champion, Dusan Borkovic, joined the action “Open Your Eyes”, which aims to educate children and young people through play and imaginative workshops, and to raise awareness about the risks faced by children in this day and age.

Dusan Borkovic, member of Nisotec Racing Team brought Serbia a title of the FIA European Hill Climb Champion. This, by far, the greatest achievement in Serbian race car driving Borković achieved thanks to collaboration with NIS company, which supported him for two years in a row.

European champion, Dusan Borkovic drove five of the most successful in the contest by NIS Petrol “Be faster than the champion” in his championship race car at Ada Huja .

Duca Borkovic, a member of NISOTEC Racing Team and the face of a NISOTEC regardless of rain and bad weather kept the promise and arranged a surprise to the best participants of “Be faster than the champion”.

The best Serbian race car driver Dusan Borkovic, a member of NISOTEC Racing team triumphed in class I the first day of the Serbian Open Championship finals in hill climb, held on Avala. Reigning FIA European Hill Climb Champion ended his competitive season in mid-September, but decided to drive on Avala to participate in a humanitarian effort to collect funds for the recovery of Milos Spasojevic, driver who was seriously injured in a race on Tara.

Representatives of the International Automobile Federation (FIA) presented the championship trophy to Dusan Borkovic, winner of the FIA European Hill Climb Championship 2012., at the ceremony held in Olomouc (Czech Republic). With this achievement Serbia officially has a European champion for the first time in race car driving.
