The best Serbian race car driver Dušan Borković achieved another brilliant victory in TCR Eastern Europe and scored another 25 points in the first race on the Brno racetrack. In the general rankings Borkovic dominates with the maximum 125 points won so far and and a 77 point gap.
After an excellent qualifications and winning the pole position for both races, Borković held the first position firmly with a great start and an excellent run throughout the race and passed the finish line with almost eight seconds advantage over the second-placed Sandro Soubek who left the polish driver Jablonski behind him in the third place.

M1RA team driver was unstoppable today and it is now certain that he is winning the title of the TCR Eastern Europe champion and M1RA team a title of the best team.

"I am satisfied with how I drove and how M1RA team prepared my Hyundai, as always. I can say that everything was as it should be, except that I really felt extra weight that I have this weekend. The ballast mostly affected the tires which were ruthlessly worn out because the track in Brno, unlike the one in Slovakia, has a lot of changes of direction, a lot of up and downhill and there is no time for the tire to cool down a bit. Thankfully, that did not affect my driving and I hope it will be the same tomorrow. Although it is already certain that I won the title I can't wait for tomorrow's race, as well as the last racing weekend at the Hungaroring. I hope that the situation with the coronavirus will not change anything.”

Tomorrow's race on the Brno racetrack in the Czech Republic is going to start at 2 p.m. You can watch the race live on the Kreator TV Youtube channel.
