BORKOVIC IN AUDI WITH COMTOYOU RACING IN THE RACE FOR THE TCR EUROPE TITLE

The best Serbian race car driver, Dusan Borkovic, will be driving in the TCR Europe championship this season. Borkovic will compete as the driver of the last year's TCR Europe driver and team champion - Comtoyou Racing, in an Audi RS 3 LMS with the starting number 62. Although it was not easy for Borkovic to decide on the championship, due to the situation that is still dictated by the pandemic, believing in the great program of Comtoyou Racing and Audi Sport Customer racing was crucial to his decision.

"The trust placed in me by Comtoyou Racing to run one of their Audi’s is a great honor for me. I am returning to the big stage. I hope that everything will go better with the pandemic and that I will be able to travel to all 14 rounds of the championship, and compete for the top. My teammate will be the legendary Tom Coronel, which I’m especially excited about.", said Borković.

The season in the TCR Europe starts on May 8/9th on the Slovakiaring. The final round of the championship is on October 9th and 10th on the track in Barcelona. Judging by the current list of drivers, the competition in the championship will be exceptional this year.

"I know most of the tracks, but I will definitely need some time in the first race or two to get used to the car since I haven't driven Audi before. I know that I will be able to adapt quickly with a great team and a teammate. All in all, I hope for good health, normalization of life and sports competitions, and then great rides in the TCR Europe," said the Serbian ace.

One of the highlights of this year's TCR Europe Championship is the new tire manufacturer Hankook.
