The first race was marked by several incidents and offs because of the slippery circuit but also because of tire pressure considering it was dry at the beginning of the race and started raining during. Safety car came out two times. Battle for the first position lasted almost the whole race between Serbian champion, his teammate Mato Homola and Anti Buri. Finally B3 racing drivers finished first and second on the podium and the third place went to James Nash. 

Great racing continued in the second race in which Borkovic started from the 9th  place and with a great start reached 4th  place in the first lap and soon after 3 rd . In the 9th  lap Borkovicpassed Kajaia for the second position and collected additional 18 new points. Serbian driver set the fastest lap in race two.  

„This was a great weekend. This is what I needed the most. This brings back my self-confidence and I hope to continue with this pace in Sochi and that I will collect more points before the summer break” – Borkovic said after the races. 

Thanks to Borkovic Serbia had the banner on the track in Germany. The banner “Invest in Serbia” was on the 9 th  corner on the track.
