"I am really satisfied with the first and only preseason test. I expected Seat to be upgraded and I am not disappointed. I will have to learn a lot this year about the car and new tyres – Michelin, not using tyre warmers is also new for me and will change tactics for qualifying and races a lot. I have made an instant connection with my new engineer. We worked on quite a lot of things until the rain started in the late afternoon. Weather all day wasn't the best, but we made the best out pf it. All the cars are brand new and upgraded from the last year, all the drivers are great, it will be a great competition and I am looking forward to that. I really believe this season will be a great challenge for me. " – Borković said after the test.
The fastest cars on the test will have balast for the first races in Bahrain.
Most of the teams attended the test and the biggest surprise was Sebastien Loeb racing team with Peugeot TCR that hasn't yet announced their participation in the championship.
TCR international starts on April 3 in Bahrain and that would be one of the three weekends with F1 this year.
